The Buffer Zone Diet: It's Not Just What You Eat, It's When You Eat. Harness Your Hidden Fuel for a Slimmer and Healthier You

Synopsis:

WHAT¹S YOUR LIFE WORTH?

When you¹re drowning, the last thing you do before you go unconscious is take a breath. The carbon dioxide rises so much in your blood it overpowers the last few molecules of oxygen in your body. You reach your breaking point, then you inhale.

Author Fred Cuellar inhaled food his whole life until he reached his breaking point in his battle with weight loss. Right at the moment he was ready to give up, he had a few last thoughts:

·  What if there were things he believed that weren¹t true?
· What if calories in and calories out had exceptions?
·  What if we don¹t all metabolize food the same?
· Why can¹t we successfully lose weight and keep it off?

Cuellar made it his mission to answer these questions his life depended on it. In his quest to break the weight loss code, he discovered the Buffer Zone that space between meals that is as important as the meals themselves. This is where he found his truth. In The Buffer Zone Diet readers will discover:

· The Top Ten Lies we¹ve been told about our diet
· Tips for distinguishing between emotional hunger and physical hunger
·  How to create nutrient-dense meals to keep physical hunger at bay
· Science between weight loss and weight gain
· Five distinct blueprints for designing the new and healthiest you
· Strategies for breaking through weight loss plateaus
· The Four Laws of Weight Management
· And most importantly, the formula that regulates weight for the human body!

Review:

We all know the truth- diets just don't work. You have to change HOW you eat, and what you eat, but restrictions ALWAYS backfire. Finding the happy medium is the key. In this book Cuellar goes a bit further, and gives you the KEY to making those concepts work, and STICK. It seems so simple: TIMING. When you eat is more important than what you eat.

And yet, once you read this book, you'll see, and understand, why Cuellar may have just found the magic missing ingredient! Along the way, he also found out how our emotions can role play in our diets, allowing hidden ancestral dna to pop up and take over. Once you understand the basic concepts, then taking notes from the different plans from people who have used the book, you can formulate one that works for YOU. It's like having personalized advice!  My only issue is my alternating work schedule, which has me up in the hours where Fred says not to eat. Still trying to work on that, but so far I've seen a 2 pound weight loss! YEAH!

If you're struggling ith weight loss, this book might give you a jump start!
