Review:

We all know the truth- diets just don't work. You have to change HOW you eat, and what you eat, but restrictions ALWAYS backfire. Finding the happy medium is the key. In this book Cuellar goes a bit further, and gives you the KEY to making those concepts work, and STICK. It seems so simple: TIMING. When you eat is more important than what you eat. 

And yet, once you read this book, you'll see, and understand, why Cuellar may have just found the magic missing ingredient! Along the way, he also found out how our emotions can role play in our diets, allowing hidden ancestral dna to pop up and take over. Once you understand the basic concepts, then taking notes from the different plans from people who have used the book, you can formulate one that works for YOU. It's like having personalized advice!  My only issue is my alternating work schedule, which has me up in the hours where Fred says not to eat. Still trying to work on that, but so far I've seen a 2 pound weight loss! YEAH!
